Claims : Submit within 7 calendar days of receipt, with Day 1 being the delivery date. Unboxing video and photos are required.

Lifetime Resize : One complimentary resize for life, up to 2 sizes, subject to design and condition. Additional work is chargeable.
Lifetime Cleaning : Includes basic cleaning and setting inspection. Polishing, plating, repairs, adjustments, and stone replacement are chargeable.
