Share your ideas, inspirations, or dream jewelry with us through a moodboard, reference images, or simply your imagination. You can connect with us via WhatsApp, an online consultation, or a private showroom appointment. From there, we will get to know your preferences, understand your references, and explore the design possibilities together.
2. Select Your Stone & Materials
Explore and discuss the selection of diamonds or colored gemstones that best complement your envisioned piece. We will also guide you through suitable precious metal options, including K Gold, Palladium, Platinum, and other materials, based on your design, lifestyle, and preferences.
3. Quotation & Design Development
Once the design direction, gemstone, and material have been discussed, we will prepare a quotation for your custom piece. After the down payment is confirmed, we will begin developing the design through a sketch or 3D visualization, allowing you to see the proportions, details, and overall perspective of your jewelry before production.
4. 3D Resin Mockup
For selected or more intricate designs, we may provide a complimentary 3D resin mockup to help you experience the proportions, shape, and overall form of the piece in physical form before production begins. This additional step allows for a more detailed review of the design and may require approximately one extra week.
5. Crafting & Final Quality Check and Delivery
Once the design has been approved, your jewelry will proceed to production. Our standard crafting timeline is approximately 30–45 working days. After completion, each piece will undergo a final quality check to ensure the design, setting, finishing, and overall craftsmanship meet our standards. We will also send you photos and videos of the finished piece before delivery. The remaining balance can be completed before collection or shipment. You may choose to pick up your piece directly from us, or we can arrange secure delivery to your preferred address.
Term and Conditions
Production Timeline
Production takes approximately 30–40 business days, starting after the down payment is received and all order details are confirmed. The timeline may change due to material delays, technical adjustments, recasting, or additional quality control. MRSAE prioritizes quality and safety throughout every stage of production.
For orders required by a specific date, please inform us before making the down payment. All timelines are calculated in business days and working hours. Estimated timelines apply under normal office, workshop, material, and delivery conditions.
Design Approval
Before production begins, clients must review and approve all design, material, gemstone, size, and engraving details. Once the design has been approved and entered production, no further changes can be made.
Design & Production Process
The MRSAE jewelry-making process may include consultation, a digital hand sketch for selected concepts, 3D design, an optional 3D print upon request, design approval, casting, stone setting, finishing, and quality control. Before production, clients must review and approve all design, material, gemstone, size, and engraving details. Changes cannot be made once production has begun. Reference images, sketches, and 3D designs are preliminary visualizations. Minor variations in weight, dimensions, thickness, color, or details may occur within normal production tolerances. The metal weight stated in the quotation is an estimate and may vary based on the final piece.
Complimentary Engraving
Complimentary engraving is available when all details are confirmed before production. Changes requested after production begins will incur an additional fee. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, dates, and wording are correct before approval.
Hallmark
Each MRSAE piece includes the MRSAE logo and metal fineness hallmark as identification and assurance of its material and craftsmanship. The size and placement will be adjusted to preserve the jewelry’s appearance and comfort. The hallmark may only be omitted when technical limitations make it unsuitable.
Jewelry Finishing: Plating & Texture
Some materials require plating to achieve a brighter, more even color, while finishes such as matte or brushed create a distinctive texture. Plating and textured finishes may gradually fade due to wear, friction, skin condition, perspiration, and chemical exposure. This is considered normal wear and not a production defect.
Ring Size & Resize-Friendly Design
Clients must confirm the ring size before production. For the most accurate result, direct measurement with a ring sizer is recommended. Not all designs can be resized, particularly full-eternity rings, continuous patterns or engravings, tension settings, and specialized structures. To allow future resizing, keeping the back of the band plain is recommended.
