Each MRSAE Jewelry piece is custom-made, personalized, or specially sourced according to the client’s approved specifications. For this reason, all confirmed orders are considered final and are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Custom and Made-to-Order Jewelry
Custom-made, made-to-order, engraved, resized, redesigned, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged due to:
- A change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect ring size provided or approved by the client
- Differences in appearance caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or viewing angle
- Natural variations in gemstones, including color, clarity, inclusions, patterns, and shape
- Minor production tolerances that do not affect the structure, function, or overall design of the jewelry
The final jewelry may have slight differences from sketches, digital renderings, or 3D visualizations due to material behavior, gemstone characteristics, setting requirements, finishing, and production tolerances.
Deposits and Order Cancellation
A deposit is required to begin the design, sourcing, or production process. All deposits are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed. The deposit may be used toward costs including:
- Design development
- 3D modeling
- Material preparation
- Gemstone or diamond sourcing
- Reserved production capacity
- Workshop and administrative costs
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Gemstones, diamonds, or materials purchased specifically for the client with their approval are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Eligible Claims
A return, repair, replacement, or refund may only be considered when MRSAE Jewelry confirms that the item has a production-related issue or does not materially match the approved order specifications. Eligible issues may include:
- An incorrect item being delivered
- A confirmed production defect
- A significant discrepancy from the approved design or specifications
- Damage that is verified to have occurred before delivery
Each claim will be reviewed individually. Depending on the findings, MRSAE Jewelry may provide repair, adjustment, replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion. A refund is not automatically provided when the issue can reasonably be resolved through repair or adjustment.
Claim Period
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date the order is received, with the delivery date counted as Day 1. The client must provide:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video
- Clear photos and videos of the jewelry
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
- The relevant order or invoice information
Claims submitted after the claim period or without sufficient supporting documentation may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Issues
Returns, refunds, or complimentary repairs do not apply to damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental impact, dropping, pressure, pulling, or improper handling
- Bent bands, worn prongs, scratches, dents, or surface marks
- Lost, loose, chipped, cracked, or damaged gemstones caused by use
- Exposure to chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, chlorine, salt water, or cleaning products
- Changes in plating, polish, texture, or finish over time
- Incorrect storage or jewelry care
- Changes in finger size or body condition
- Repairs, resizing, polishing, or alterations performed by another party
Natural gemstone inclusions, color zoning, patterns, and other natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Ring Size
The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming the ring size before production. MRSAE Jewelry provides one complimentary resize for eligible ring designs, up to two sizes larger or smaller, subject to the jewelry’s structure, condition, and technical feasibility. Shipping and additional material costs may apply. A ring size approved by the client is not considered a production error.
Return Authorization
No item may be returned without prior confirmation from MRSAE Jewelry. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the client. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, together with all packaging, documentation, certificates, and included items. Return shipping instructions will be provided after the claim has been reviewed.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will be processed using the agreed payment method. Original shipping fees, insurance fees, payment processing charges, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party costs are non-refundable unless the return results from a confirmed error by MRSAE Jewelry. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Final Assessment
MRSAE Jewelry reserves the right to inspect the jewelry before approving any repair, replacement, return, or refund.
By confirming an order and completing payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this Return and Refund Policy.
