MRSAE Jewelry carefully prepares and packages every order to help ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.

Shipping Address

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, postal code, and active phone number. MRSAE Jewelry is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

Shipping Method

Shipping methods are selected based on the destination, package value, and available courier services. For high-value orders, MRSAE Jewelry may recommend insured delivery, a designated courier, or direct collection from our office. Shipping arrangements and applicable charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

Processing and Delivery Time

Custom jewelry is shipped only after:

  • Production has been completed
  • Final quality control has been passed
  • Full payment has been received
  • Shipping details have been confirmed

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are calculated separately from the jewelry production timeline. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees is included in our service or charged separately, depending on the order and destination. Any additional shipping, insurance, customs, import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country or courier are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with the client when available. Clients are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting the shipment. Clients are required to record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the unopened package until the jewelry is fully inspected. This documentation is required for any claim involving missing items, damage during delivery, or discrepancies with the order. Any claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date the package is received, with the delivery date counted as Day 1. Claims must include:

  • A complete unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos or videos of the jewelry
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may not be accepted.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the respective shipping provider. MRSAE Jewelry will assist the client in communicating with the courier when necessary. However, courier delays, loss, damage, or delivery failure will be handled in accordance with the courier’s investigation and compensation policies. For uninsured shipments, compensation may be limited to the amount provided by the courier.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping and handling fees will be charged to the client before the order is dispatched again.

International Shipping

International shipping availability depends on the destination and applicable regulations. Clients are responsible for any customs clearance requirements, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Customs processing may cause additional delays and is outside the control of MRSAE Jewelry.

In-Store Collection

Orders may be collected from the MRSAE Jewelry office by prior arrangement. The client or authorized representative may be required to present identification or order confirmation before the jewelry is released.
